Director of Capability Development
Steve joined 2Excel in 2011 as a Trial Management Officer. He was the Engineering Project Manager for the Boeing 727 aerial dispersant spray system and the King Air Surveillance platforms created by 2Excel. He is the Accountable Manager for 2Excel’s Design, Production and Small Aircraft Maintenance approvals and leads 2Excel Capability Development.
Prior to joining 2Excel, Steve was a Royal Air Force Harrier pilot gaining weapons, electronic warfare and flying instructor categories. He completed two tours on the Harrier Operational Evaluation Unit with a focus on smart weapons, advanced targeting pods and flight software development.
