Director of Ground Operations
Steffan Roberts joined us in 2016 as an Operations Controller with experience gained from the VIP corporate jet and regional airline sector at airports around the UK as far afield as South Wales, Hampshire, and Humberside.
He quickly became the Operations Supervisor, progressing further into the Operations Manager role in February 2020, and was promoted to Director of Ground Operations with responsibility for the Operations and Ground Handling teams in 2023.
