Group Human Resources Director
Louise joined 2Excel Aviation in 2014 and is responsible for developing and implementing the Human Resources strategy. She sits on the Management Boards of both 2Excel Aviation and 2Excel Engineering. Louise joined the 2Excel Aviation Board in 2022.
Louise is widely experienced in Human Resources in both the private and public sector. She gained her Masters in Human Resource Management in 2010 from the University of Bedfordshire, which included accreditation for the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. With extensive experience of employee relations including, change management and conflict resolution, she is also experienced in project work and strategy planning.
