Group Safety Manager
Cheri Bates joined 2Excel in 2023 and holds the role of Group Safety Manager with responsibility for the Safety Management Systems (SMS) across the organisation, including 2Excel Engineering.
Cheri served in the US Navy where she held the position of Aircraft Maintenance Officer, and on leaving the service joined Lockheed Martin where she managed the Aviation Safety/ Compliance organisation for the flight training programme.
Before joining 2Excel Cheri was SMS Manager in the production organisations at Gulfstream Aerospace Corporate.
