Joe Bryant And Peter Senior

2Excel makes key appointments in Fleet Management and Airworthiness

Innovative air services business 2Excel Aviation has announced two new appointments, reflecting growth and development in a key area of its operations.

Joe Bryant, who was formerly 2Excel’s Continuing Airworthiness Manager (CAM) has moved up to take on the newly created role of Fleet Director, and Peter Senior has joined the company to replace Joe as CAM.

The new Fleet Director role will hold responsibility for managing all aspects of the company’s aircraft.

Peter Senior will now be responsible for the Airworthiness regulatory side.

Joe Bryant said: “This is a significant change for the department, but also in the development of 2Excel.

“2Excel is an airline, but we’re not like most airlines. All our aircraft are different, with unique fits and configurations and hugely diverse tasks to deliver.

“Some are challenging to operate and maintain, and we have demanding contracts to meet and fulfil with them.

‘Our work is vital to support the aircraft assets, to ensure they can deliver what’s needed when it’s needed in a compliant and cost-effective manner.’

Peter Senior was formerly with Aero Flight Ops UK as Airworthiness Manager but spent most of his time at Loganair and BMI Regional in maintenance management and as the Part M post-holder.
