Former Royal Air Force fast jet pilot Andy Offer co-founded 2Excel Aviation in 2005, where he established The Blades – the world’s only aerobatic airline – and launched 2Excel’s air charter operations.
He now concentrates on the Company’s commercial business development across a range of aviation and aerospace industries, including defence and security, engineering, and disaster response.
Andy was in the RAF for 22 years where, alongside his high-profile ground appointments, he commanded an operational Harrier frontline squadron, and commanded and flew with the Red Arrows from 1999 to 2001, for which he received an OBE.
