Cameras
The Blades are the only Display Team with a full suite of on-board broadcast quality TV cameras providing outstanding video from the tails, cockpits, wings and even the wheel-fairings.

Using specially designed technology, we transmit these live pictures straight into TV receivers for onward transmission to outdoor screens, TV-sets, mobile and online services.
Branding
Using aircraft as flying billboards is not new, but having hundreds of different camera angles on each aircraft is. Each position offers a unique opportunity for branded imagery that attracts immense television and web exposure.
Media cut-through
Using our camera system we can put people in our cockpits without them ever leaving their homes. The outstanding pictures, the exceptional flying, the pilots’ personal histories make The Blades the media’s subject not the advertising filler.
Air Operator's Certificate
The Blades are the only display Team in the world with an Air Operator’s Certificate AOC, licensing us to fly fare-paying passengers as we perform our formation manoeuvres.
