With a combined total of over 20,000 hours in a wide variety of demanding, high-performance aircraft, 2Excel's exceptionally experienced pilots possess a plethora of qualifications and finely honed flying skills. They have fought in wars, won aerobatic competitions, flown in the best Display Teams in the world, as well as displayed singleton jet aircraft and taught flying and weaponeering in the Royal Air Force. All in all this calibre shows an awesome pedigree that is now transferred to the civilian arena.

Our aircraft is the Extra 300LP, the ultimate single engine general aviation aircraft capable of testing any pilot to their limits. However, the skill sets of 2Excel’s pilots will allow any other visiting pilot at any advanced level to experience the next stage in aviation and learn from outstanding instructors who have taught at every level of military fast jet flying.

Aerobatics

Individuals can learn aerobatics from the most basic to the most advanced manoeuvres. The Team itself will regularly fly and practise solo and formation aerobatics at the ultimate level; this will allow you to explore safely the envelope of your own ability.

Formation

We have some of the best formation pilots in the world, each of whom has vast experience, having taught formation to basic students as well as at the most advanced level. We can teach everything from your first taste to flying close formation aerobatics very close to the ground.

Air Combat

Air combat is a basic skill of military aviation that is not easily acquired in the civilian sector. With years of air combat experience we can teach tail-chasing, basic combat manoeuvres and, for the more adventurous, the unique experience of putting yourself against another aircraft in a dog-fight under the safe supervision of our pilots.
