Retaining Staff
A software company needed to improve retention of its outplaced technicians. Each engineer lost was costing the company dearly, taking months to replace, costing tens of thousands in recruitment fees, tempororay staff, lost goodwill, not to mention wages.
2Excel was asked to provide a staff retention event for over 40 people from the Company's EMEA operations. 2Excel created an exceptional event, where every one of the technicians hovered a helicopter, fought a Top Gun competition, and of course flew with The Blades, before being treated to their own personal Display and a dinner at a local hotel.
A number of staff confessed to have been about to leave the Company, but having been treated like that they thought their company was an exceptional employer. They stayed, saving hundreds of thousands in costs. Well worth the investment. |
